The dealer can turn to the local dispute offices in all our representative offices in case of doubts or complaints about the product. If the dispute is not solved locally, it will examined by the central dispute office at the headquarters in Bologna, together with the manufacturer. Our experienced staff works daily to find rapidly the best solution after an eventual inspection and after having examined the causes.
